The DMS48 is a test of visual
recognition
memory test designed for the assessment of early Alzheimers
disease. The
hypotheses underlying the development of the DMS48 can be found in the
first paragraphs
of the original article in Neurology (Barbeau et al, 2004). Similar ideas were fully developped in a recent opinion paper (Didic et al, 2011).

Instructions
and normalization of this test
were published in Barbeau E, Tramoni E, Joubert S, Mancini J, Ceccaldi

mémoire. Présentation de quatre
tests de mémoire épisodique (avec leur
étalonnage). Marseille,
éditions Solal. p

acquired in French subjects.
Recent norms in French people can be found in this article: Rullier L, Matharan
