L’équipe DYNAMO adopte une approche multi-échelle pour aborder de manière exhaustive les fondements neuraux de la représentation des objets, de l’apprentissage, de la mémoire, et pour explorer ce qui se passe lorsque le code neural dysfonctionne (par exemple dans l’épilepsie). Nous abordons ces thèmes avec un éventail impressionnant de techniques, qui comprennent l’enregistrement in vitro sur tranche de cerveau humain, l’enregistrement de neurones isolés dans le cerveau humain, l’enregistrement du potentiel de champ local (LFP) et de l’EEG intracrânien (iEEG) dans le cerveau humain, la stimulation cérébrale intracrânienne chez les patients éveillés, l’IRM fonctionnelle, l’apprentissage comportemental chez les sujets sains et dans le vieillissement pathologique (par exemple, la maladie d’Alzheimer), la modélisation informatique et l’intelligence artificielle.
